ONE OF A KIND! Planked with Douglas Fir over White Oak Frames built in 1928, this 38' Tri-Cabin Cruiser is a beautiful classic Monk Senior style wood vessel. She was refastened about 5 years ago with galvanized fasteners and has a rebuilt Perkins SABRE 120 hp diesel engine with approx. 100 hours. Her bottom was just done with new zincs. Stored inside a boat house for many years she would make a wonderful live-aboard when completed. The current owner unexpectedly became ill and is forced to sell his dream project. If you have a passion for wooden boats, this may just be the perfect one for you!

The mid-ship entrance on both sides is through double glass, framed with wood, hinged doors leading to the main cabin. To the port is a wooden portable fold-down table, aft from it, is brand new exhaust system for the heating system. Aft of that and down a few steps is the galley with a double s/s sink, Dickenson Pacific oil stove and plenty of storage below and above counters. The galley table seats 4 comfortably and the adjustable settee sleeps 1-2 persons. There is access to the back deck through a single door aft. The helm is in the main cabin and to the starboard, on the centerline and down an few steps is the master berth and enclosed head.
