This is a custom-built , Monk design steel sailboat troller built in 1976. This is a perfect 2 to 3 person freezer troller that has been a steady producer for over 35 years. She is very affordable on fuel, burning just 1.5 GPH with a hull speed of 6.5 knots. The aft cabin in conveniently laid out with a full galley and 4 person settee. The aft cabin also has living quarters with a double berth, single berth heated by a Dickinson oil stove and a head and shower. The forward hold has freezer plates and packs approximately 1,100 Cohos. The engine room forward is well laid out with an additional cabin forward. She comes with a full supply of sails and has over 1000 gallons of fuel capacity in 7 belly tanks.

The aft house has a Dickinson Pacific, sink, and counters. A 4 person settee is to starboard. Down a few steps is a double berth, single berth, head and shower. This cozy cabin is heated by a Dickinson Alaska stove.

 Engine and Mechanical:
A 3304 Caterpillar , new in 1992 with 10,333 hours. Twin disc MG 5061, Spencer # 421 Hydraulic pump. Auxiliary is a Isuzu 3LD-1 with 4,627 hours. Direct drive to Rexroth 2.5 cu. inch hydraulic pump for refrigeration.

 Electrical and Electronics:
All new wiring with 2 8D batteries, 25 fused switch panel, 6 and 8 circuit marine breaker panels. Shore power circuit with Square D 2- circuit breaker panel in engine room.

 Notes and Extras:
Rowing dinghy . Two lower , one upper, 7/16" steel cable shrouds per side on main. 7/16" cabnle fore, head ,and jumper stays. one 3/8" o Steel backstay. 1/2" cable bobstay and whisker stays. Two 3 1/2" i.d. aluminum trolling poles .
