LIVE-ABOARD, CHARTER, WORLD CRUISING, FLOATING HOTEL, FISH TENDER - ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES With a hull draft of 11', this trawler was built for the ocean and most any weather. She was converted from a tender to a comfortable exploration charter yacht sleeping 12 guests and 3 crew in separate quarters. Want to tender her, the insulation in the hold area is still in place. The original undercoating has never been broken thus keeping the steel in almost new condition. The engine room is large enough to have a square dance around the main.

 Interior:
The main deck house contains the main salon with the galley located aft, shower/steam sauna room and separate head with Vac-U-Flush toilet. Access to the interior is thru a watertight door located forward on centerline. or through a watertight door located aft on the starboard side. The main salon is appointed with day table and bench seats with a Westinghouse 20 flat screen TV and Sony DVD player mounted on wall. A small table with bench and settee type seating are located on the starboard side. The salon is nicely appointed with hardwood floors and walls with good lighting. The large galley/dining area is located aft on the main deck and better equipped than most homes- includes a 40" Bosch range w/ double convection oven, full house size refrigerator, chest freezer on boat deck, Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven. There is a dining table with bench type seating for 6 to 8. Access to the engine room is thru a door located on the starboard side aft of amidships. The raised wheel house is located on the boat deck. The wheel house is outfitted with steering, engine controls, alarms, navigation equipment and electronics. Access to the pilot house is from stairs leading up from the main salon. 2 watertight doors provide access from wheelhouse to aft boat deck. Below the main salon and forward are 4 staterooms each with 2 bunks and wash basins. She comfortably sleeps 12 guests in 4 staterooms and 3 crew in the forepeak. Access to the below deck berths is a stairwell leading down from main deck level. A head with Vac-U-Flush toilet, shower and wash basin is located aft of this stairwell. The crew quarters are located in the fore peak and sleep 3 to 5 in 2 double berths and 1 single. There is a head with incorporated shower and hot water heater for the crew. Also located forward is the full size front loading washer/dryer.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Main Engine: Caterpillar Model 3408 turbo charged 8 cylinder diesel engine producing 365 hp at 1800 RPM with a Model 514 Twin Disc 4.5:1 ration reduction gear driving a single 56 X 38 four blade bronze propeller attached to a grade 316 stainless steel tail shaft. Main engine is started by a 32 volt DC electric motor, raw sea water cooled with a heat exchanger. hours: 8059 hrs. (4) 32 VDC in-series starting batteries (2) 8D in-parallel genset starting batteries #1 Port Auxiliary: Perkins Model 426 diesel engine with driving a 33KW Kato generator. Unit is electric started and keel cooled hours: 6701 hrs #2 Starboard Auxiliary: Perkins Model 6.3544M diesel engine driving a 50KW Lima generator. Unit is electric started and keel cooled. hours: 2701 hrs. Tanks: 5 - fuel tank. 2 forward of engine room and 3 aft of engine room. Total fuel oil capacity: 14,000 US gallons, 2- Potable water tanks, Total fresh capacity: 6000 US gallons, 2 Sanitary holding tanks , Total waste capacity: 300 US gallons (1) Hydraulic Kolstrand Machine Model 4 anchor windlass located on the bow equipped with 90 of galvanized die lock chain with steel cable attached to Forfjord 350# anchor. (1) Spare anchor #2 Navy type 200# is mounted in chocks on the deck Hydraulic deck crane rated @ 5000lbs is located on the fore deck. Rebuilt in 2006

 Electrical and Electronics:
System #1 12 volt DC with breaker panel, System #2 32 volt DC with breaker panel, System #3 110 volt AC with breaker panel, System #4 208 volt AC with breaker panel, Dead front panel main electrical service panel for auxiliaries fitted with load transfer switch lockouts, Vessel is equipped with 110 volt AC lighting. Back up 12 volt battery emergency lighting is located in all living spaces and engine room. ELECTRONICS INCLUDE - VHF-Icom , IC-M100 , Qwest , GX 1256 S, Stephens Sea 222 Single side band radio Furuno 8050 48 mile radar, Nobeltec Software with antenna radar and navigation chart plotter, Furuno CH12 Color sonar, Garmin GPS 120 w/GPS receiver , Furuno , 32 GPS w/ GPS receiver, Trimble NavTrac GPS w/GPS receiver , ComNav 2001 Autopilot with port and starboard remote jog stations, Standard Horizon LH10 Loud hailer/intercom, Maximum , 6 Barometer, Iridium Sailor 4000 , Satellite telephone, 2 Uniden Handheld VHF radio Aqua Signal, Navigation lights

 Notes and Extras:
Audio gauge readings were taken of the hull below the waterline in April of the 2008. The undersigned reviewed the audio gauge reading report # 30188 provided by Certified Inspection Services date 4/14/2008 and noted the following: Nominal hull plate thickness: .250- Lowest hull plate reading: .239 Nominal overall hull plate wastage: 7%
