Alaska Challenge has a clean organized interior. A U shaped berth in the salon with a table is covered in an easy to clean calming blue vinyl. It also converts to a six foot by six foot sleeping berth. There is plenty of room to seat four easily. Handsome wood trim edges the bright white cabinets and storage areas. A clever set of drawers directly behind the helm station is perfect for storing navigational tools. Large windows allow the light to drench the cabins. The orderly galley has a Princess two burner LPG stove, Norcold fridge, and stainless steel sink. The spacious countertop is a clean gray blue in color and storage abounds. There are two 110-volt wall heaters, hot and cold water and a handheld shower. Stay dry and clean! The single head offers a washbasin with storage and Jabsco manual toilet. Across from the galley is a great dinette and table, perfect for breakfast. The V-berth has a super large cushioned sleeping area. With six foot four inch headroom and 11 foot six inch beam this boat is spacious. The overall atmosphere is one of clean, bright space and comfort.

 Engine and Mechanical:
The dual Volvo Penta KAMD-43P 240 HP 1998 engines have 5106 hours on the starboard, and 5154 on the port side. The port engine has a troll valve. Twin Racor fuel filters with Algae-X treatment system filters effectively. The engine room is clean and well lit, with sound muffling material. Enjoy the cockpit while underway in relative quiet.

 Electrical and Electronics:
The interior helm has a generous captains chair. Enjoy comfortable trips using the electronics as listed: a Raytheon RC 520 plotter, Furuno color FCV-582 depth sounder, Raychart GPS 601 XX, Standard Horizon VHF and 6 Richie compass. A Garmin TR-1 autopilot is installed for the 2006 Yamaha 9.9 HP high thrust kicker located on the stern. The upper helm on the fly bridge also offers a comfortable chair, Bennett trim tab controls and some duplicates of the electronics mentioned.

 Notes and Extras:
Alaska Challenge has a stately design. The upper fly bridge is spacious and offers an unparalleled view. The bow has plenty of room to store kayaks.
