 Interior:
Two heat sources keep Malachi warm and dry. A Toyotmi diesel vented cabin heater and the Wallas diesel cook top/heater unit make wet cold days more comfortable. Insulated and paneled with wood trim makes for a quiet and handsome interior atmosphere. The private head has a spotless marine toilet, shower and sink with under sink storage. The orderly galley has an impressive amount of storage, with built in drawers and cabinets. A nice amount of countertop space next to the sink and stove makes food prep facile. Non skid flooring and grab rails provide safety options. The V-berth has thick comfortable cushions, great for an afternoon siesta. The under dinette single bunk makes clever use of space.  On Deck:
Construction: All welded marine grade aluminum, 3"x2" channel bottom longitudinals @ various spacing, other hull framing obscured by foam insulation, also external full stiffeners of two each port and starboard side strakes of 2" square tubing plus split pip rub rail at the sheer and two each port and starboard angle bottom strakes plus chine strake. 3 transverse bulkheads, subdivide Malachi into 4 below-deck compartments, from forward: fore peak/chain locker, quarters, tank space, and lazarette. An outboard bracket/floatation chamber/swim step is fitted across the transom.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Twin 2011 ETEC Evinrude outboards at 150 HP each means fast yet efficient cruising. Under warranty until 2018, with just over 100 hours, these engines are a spectacular value. She has an impressive zippy average cruise speed of 26 knots, getting to the best hot spot will take no time at all. Twin gas fuel tanks that are interconnected hold 290 gallons of fuel. A large 35 gallon water tank and three gallon diesel tank for one of the two heaters means plenty of warm fresh water. An impressive amount of spare parts and an emergency kit are also included. A 6 foot Achilles raft with a fiberglass hull is paired with a 6 HP Yamaha out board (2012), neither of which has ever been used. All the original manuals are neatly kept in binders for quick review. Dual station Evinrude hydraulic steering, Bennett trim tabs, auto trim controller and electronic binnacle engine controls make piloting Malachi effortless and enjoyable. Steering Gear: Double Sea Star performance rated hydraulic rams are controlled by a helm driven pump at either steering station and direct the outboard engines through a tiller bar connection. Outboard motors with no hull penetrations for steering.

 Electrical and Electronics:
The electronics on Malachi are state of the art. An integrated Garmin system at both helms includes chart plotters,radar, GPS, sonar thru a hull transducer and Garmin wifi on board to link an iPad or iPhone to Garmin Blue chart. An ICOM M604 marine radio at the helm and a hand held ICOM M35 VHF marine radio completes the navigational package. The owner installed NEMA and Garmin Power to the aft station, enjoy the full complement of electronics from either helm. Launch the 500 feet of anchor line / chain and Bruce anchor from the main interior helm.

 Notes and Extras:
The exterior of this great sport fishing vessel has an amazing amount of extras. A forward leaning walk around cuddy cabin, gunnel height side decks with a self bailing cockpit and saltwater wash down keep the decks clean and safe. The port and starboard aft deck battery compartments convert to cushioned seating. Flush mounted gunnel rod holders, a roof access ladder and hull access hatches make clever use of storage space. The extensive fishing gear includes: two electric telescoping Scotty down riggers (2013), two Shimano/Avet down rigger rod/reel combinations, five rigid shrimp pots with weights, bait cans, floating and drop lines and two shrimp pot buoys in addition to two yellow foam line buoys. Store gear in the aft storage box. Clean the day's catch using the aft deck cleaning station and utilize the large center aft deck fish hold with electric macerator pump. The Electra-Dyne pot puller, Silver Streak dedicated port side aft deck davit is also included as well as a separate folding roof mounted dingy crane. Malachi is one of those unbelievable deals that doesn't come around very often. Enjoy a like new boat at a very nice price.
