Sea Esta is a 3488 Bayliner Avanti Command Bridge with a professionally added 29 transom extension buoyancy chamber. Built on a smooth riding modified V-hull, powered by twin Cummins engines that can take you where you want to go in the kind of luxury that makes for an easy liveaboard at a price that clearly defines value.

 Interior:
Stepping inside to a contemporary light maple and leather salon you will immediately feel at home. To the starboard you enjoy a comfortable expanded L-shaped settee with great views through her panoramic windows. Just to port a full-length galley outfitted with an Origo alcohol/electric stove, Norcold AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, with lots of storage and plenty of counter space for the demanding chef. Moving forward, one step up from the galley and settee area you find a warm and comfortable pilot zone to enjoy when cruising on those inclement weather days. A well laid out raised helm to Starboard and a an unusually comfortable navigators lounging couch to port provides the skipper and crew a great place to enjoy the scenery together while on the move or at dock. A few steps down you have the sleeping quarters. The head features a Y-Value equipped toilet with the luxury of a separate shower compartment supported with (2) 12-gallon hot water tanks and 52-gallons of fresh water availability for those long hot showers. At the bow you have a roomy skippers cabin and to port a cozy second cabin for guest.

 On Deck:
Boarding her is simple and safe from a custom built 29" Transom extension with a unique built in buoyancy chamber. Through a transom door you access a large covered cockpit. If fishing is in your sites then there is plenty of room for everyone to drop a line along with a Lowrance 7-HDI fish finder, two Scottie electric down riggers, a wet tank in the swim step, a cutting table for bait or cleaning and a wash down to tidy up. Her full width hatches make access to engines for maintenance or just pre cruise check a piece of cake. If lounging and grilling is more in line with your needs than this is great space for a couple of deck chairs and her propane BBQ. Up the ladder you ll find a fully equipped and enclosed command bridge that serves as your penthouse. Outfitted with the same kind of luxury and equipment as the lower helm zone you will find this a great place to enjoy the view when cruising or just enjoying cocktails at sunset. If spending time in a secluded harbor is part of your dreams, her anchor package includes a Danforth 22lb anchor with 350 ft of rode, all controlled by a dependable Lewmar winch. Going ashore is simple affair with a 10ft hard bottom dingy and a Mercury 15 hp outboard all managed by a 12v Seawise davit system.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Twin 330 hp Cummins combined with her trim table can push her along comfortably at a cruising speed 24 knots burning only 20 GPH. With just over 1600 hours they are just is just broke in. With 220 gal fuel she has great range for cruising or just filling up when prices are low. They also have the advantage of being Troll valve equipped so this large luxury vessel is not limited in her fishing capabilities. Hydraulic steering and twin engines make her docking as simple as a runabout in close quarters.

 Electrical and Electronics:
For AC power she uses 30 amp shore service and economical Honda 2000 portable generator when on the move. A True Charge battery maintenance system keeps her two start batteries and an 8D house ready to go when leaving port. She has an extremely well equipped electronics package. You have a Garmin 182 C combination chart plotter with debt sounder and a Standard VHF system at the lower helm. She also has the common-sense upgrade of a PhoneCom between the lower helm and flybridge. Upstairs you will the popular Raymarin C80 system with and integrated chart plotter, radar and depth. A Uniden UP30 VHF completes the package.

 Notes and Extras:
This is one of those boats that has been a favorite for the recreational cruisers and live-a-boards alike. Based on her solid boating capabilities and the kind of luxury and layout of a much more expensive vessels she offers her owner a lot of boat for the money.
