Stepping inside you will find she is spacious and well laid out for a 36 cruiser. Teak and holly floors bring the nautical warmth of classic cruiser. The main salon features a comfortable settee that can convert to an extra-long berth for two guest when needed. Just forward and starboard you have a well laid out helm with a great adjustable captain s helm seat that would be the envy of other skippers. A few steps down the chef will love the large galley with Princess propane stove, microwave oven and a new high end Vitrifrigo refrigeration system installed in 2015. Just starboard and convenient to the whole boat sits the head with separate shower, freshwater Vacuflush toilet supported by a large 24 gal. holding tank. Moving forward is the master cabin with the luxury and comfort of a queen size berth. She come with all the creature comforts to keep cruising from becoming a camping trip. Even when cruising the water is kept hot from an engine heat exchange so you will have hot water when cruising or just pulling into the dock. Entertainment is available with her Nakamitchi AM/FM, CD stereo system

 On Deck:
Boarding Belfry is a civilized event due to the advantage of an aft transom door from a large swim platform. One of the great advantages of a sport sedan is the half covered aft deck. You have the versatility to stay undercover when it rains or step out and enjoy the warmth of the sun or throw out a line when it s clear. Take advantage of her Cannon Manual down riggers and the troll valves on her twin Yanmars and maybe you will dine on a fresh caught feast that night. When just cruising on one of those glorious sunny days you will find the perfect vantage point just a few steps up the ladder on her fly bridge. Plenty of room, full helm controls and a bimini make this a perfect spot to spend the afternoon cruising or just sitting at anchor. When you get to that perfect anchorage you appreciate the all the hand holds along the side decks when moving forward. You will sleep well knowing you have the strength and security of a 35# Bruce with 200 5/16 chain holding you tight. In the morning pulling the ground tackle up requires not drama with the help of her Maxwell 1200 electric winch. She even comes with a spare Danforth anchor.

 Engine and Mechanical:
One of the great advantages of a sport sedan is her ability to get to your destination without having to wait all day to get there. Throttle up, adjust the trim tabs at either the main helm or fly bridge and she cruises gracefully at 21 with a top speed of 26. Her Twin Yanmar 300hp only have 2100 hrs. and have the desirable feature of a troll valve if you want to drag a line for dinner or just a little sport fishing. 300 gallons of fuel give you great range.

 Electrical and Electronics:
Her AC power is standard 30 amp. She comes complete with a Heart 2500w inverter, to run your microwave and other AC appliances when cruising. 2 start and 2 house batteries give you all the power you need. Her electronics package blends a Furuno Navigator and Standard Horizon GP so you know where you are, a Furuno 24-mile radar so you know what is out there and 2 Raymarine color st60 depth sounders so you know what s below. 3 electric wipers and a Heater Craft defroster keep your visibility clear on rainy days and hand held search light helps find your way at night.

 Notes and Extras:
Belfry is comfortable, fast and in like new condition. She is perfect for the boater who does not have time to wait around to enjoy life.
