JUST REDUCED TO $39,900! ROOMY INTERIOR, LOTS OF DECK SPACE, TWO HEADS. Join the loyal fleet of Tollycraft yacht owners with Mytime. There s a reason for the Tolly s popularity in the Pacific Northwest the quality of construction, the design and the integrity of every boat. Having three distinct, well-appointed living areas in this 40-footer helps create a spacious feeling to the interior, making this a great boat for a long weekend, a lot of passengers, or as a live-aboard.

Mytime features a conservative design with a straight forward double-cabin interior with the galley and salon in the center. Enter her through an aft door and down a few steps and you ll find yourself in the carpeted aft stateroom, which is particularly spacious for a boat this size and harbors four single berths, a night table, a hanging locker and generous standing room. African mahogany walls, furnishings and trim throughout Mytime s interior fills the space with lovely nautical warmth. Access one of two private heads from this room, which has a Lectra San head, generous separate shower and lots of counter space and storage options. Head up a few steps from there into the main salon. A large cushy L-shaped settee with a sizable table in the center provides comfortable seating for several passengers and converts to a double berth at night. Nearby is a nice cabinet for added storage and it also makes a great perch for a flatscreen TV. The expansive port side galley is a nice feature of this vessel with a Princess 3-burner range with hood, an apartment-sized Avanti refrigerator and a double stainless steel sink with pressure water. Your water supply is generous with 140 gallons of water. There is plenty of counter space for a toaster, microwave or another favorite appliance with room to spare. The galley also features ample storage options, so your cooking area will remain a tidy area. You will also find the inside helm in the main salon with its cushy captain s chair, as well as two deck access doors. A couple of steps down into the bow is a v-berth cabin with a large hanging closet and cabinet storage. A powder room is located off the v-berth. Plenty of windows throughout the interior of Mytime lets in sunlight. A forced air diesel furnace with electric registers will keep everyone warm at night.

 On Deck:
The 40-foot Tollycraft tri-cabin has a lot of uncluttered deck space for a vessel of her size. The aft lower deck is the perfect size to put a few patio chairs, fishermen, or use it as a great location for a patio garden. Up a small angled ladder with handrails is the amidships deck where you ll find a 12-foot Livingston dinghy and a weatherproof storage box. Kayakers will also find this a perfect place to store a couple of sea kayaks. The spacious deck continues up a couple of steps from there onto the fly-bridge. A raised captain s chair is poised in the direct center of this helm. Three deck boxes double as seating, but there is also plenty of space to bring up some more comfortable folding chairs.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Her original two 1972 diesel Caterpillar 3160 engines, each with 6,500 hours on it, pushes Mytime up to a cruise speed of about 9 knots. Her four fuel tanks hold a total of 440 gallons of fuel, giving you a nice long traveling range. Hydraulic steering with Morse controls is at both helms. An Onan 8 kw diesel gen set will keep things charged up. The 60-pound Navy anchor 200 feet of galvanized chain and line open your overnight options.

 Electrical and Electronics:
Two helms are available for your cruising pleasure. The inside helm comes with some great electronics and a spacious dash with plenty of room for more electronics. Included is a Furuno GPS, a Raytheon radar, an Icom VHF and a Coastal Navigator depth sounder. Listen to your favorite tunes on the Sanyo stereo system as you cruise along.
