NEW LISTING IN JUNEAU! If you ve been wanting a quality aluminum boat, this is the perfect opportunity for you to jump on board. She s got a newer engine with low hours and this rare hardtop model is in great condition. Alumaweld is known for building rugged, durable boats and Sablefish is a great example of the longevity of this premium brand of boat. With this package, you get the prestige of owning a highly-coveted Alumaweld boat without a prestigious price tag.

Sablefish has quite a nice interior compared to other aluminum boats this length and her new carpeting really shines her up. Enter the cabin through the lockable weather tight door and you have a small galley area with a new stainless steel sink, running water, and a single burner Origo alcohol stove. Oodles of drawer and cabinet storage give you plenty of options for tucking away pots and pans and snacks. The helm is situated just past the galley and has an adjustable air ride captains chair with arm rests and a great view over the bow. The dash is spacious enough for all your electronics gadgets, plus a few more. The bow serves two purposes as a v-berth, as well as the vessel head. Simply move the center cushion aside and the head is conveniently available. For the shy passengers, a privacy door (not just a curtain) sections this area off nicely and a large air/escape hatch just above the Traveller potty allows for plenty of air circulation. A two-person dinette with ample storage underneath is a great place for your passengers to ride or rest and it also converts to a single berth for nighttime needs. In all, Sablefish sleeps three quite comfortably with interior heat provided by the Webasto forced air diesel furnace.

 On Deck:
One of the best features of this sleek-looking vessel is the huge, unencumbered cockpit with extra high gunnels that come to hip height on the average size person of 5 foot 7. Great for keeping the kids IN the boat, very safe. A basic cockpit helm has a great view of the vessel bow through an aft cabin window. Gunnels are wide enough for large feet to step to the bow. Hand rails/tie down rails are welded to the hard top roof, which is large enough to store a small dinghy or other equipment. Eight rocket launchers are also welded to the roof and provide a great storage spot for your poles. This package also comes with two Penn Fathometer downriggers and an electric pot puller. Storage in the side gunnels, as well as storage/fish boxes in the rear keep your deck clear of clutter. When you re all done for the day, a back deck canvass closes her all up for you

 Engine and Mechanical:
LOW HOURS (just over 300) on her 2006 Evinrude E-Tec 250 horsepower gas outboard engine. She cruises at 28 knots at 4,500 rpm and zips through the water with a top speed of 40 knots. With a fuel usage of 15 gallons per hour and a fuel capacity of 125 gallons, you re looking at about a range of 225 miles. She also comes with a 2005 Johnson 9.9 horsepower auxiliary engine on a bracket with EZ steer and tiller. Her electric winch easily handles the 20-pound Bruce anchor and the 430 feet of chain and line.

 Electrical and Electronics:
A simple, but effective electronics package comes with this Alumaweld. Navigate to your favorite fishing spots with the Lowrance LC X-III b GPS, plotter and depth sounder. The Uniden VHF lets you stay in communication. Also at the helm are both port and starboard electric windshield wipers, so your visibility will be clear. Her 2016 start batteries will make sure she gets you back home and boat leveler trim tabs smooth out your ride. Keep tabs on your fuel level with the I Command Digital Fuel Management meter.

 Notes and Extras:
This excellent and affordable package also includes a 1997 galvanized two-axle Rogue trailer with bunks. This boat is Alumaweld s deepest vee-bottomed boat and designed for the demanding conditions of open water running for a ride that s luxurious, yet sporty.
