PILOTHOUSE, HUGE INSIDE, EXCELLENT CONDITION! Designed for cruising Alaska waters, Phoenix is a real go-anywhere boat. Fishers have become highly praised and loved international yachting Icons and this vessel is in excellent condition. She is great as a sailboat or also as a live-aboard. One thing this model is known for is its ample inside space. Beautiful inside and out and with a newer engine, you couldn t ask for more at this great price!

 Interior:
Not many sailboat out there have a pilothouse helm and Phoenix is a rare find. From the cockpit area, step into the pilothouse. Windows all around and in the ceiling create an outstanding view of the surroundings, great for navigating. If you like the feeling of the wind in your hair while sailing, you can still have it. Just open the sliders and forward window vents and you ll get that wind-blown look in no time. Bench seating located in this area can fit three folks comfortably. If you re looking at this boat as a live-aboard, wouldn t this bright space make a great office? From the pilot house , take three steps down and you are in the main salon. The beautiful teak detail is very well maintained and inviting. There is about 6 2 of headroom at the center. Large windows keep this area from feeling like a dungeon. To starboard is a bench for extra seating that can easily convert to a single berth. A partition can be pulled out over this bench to be used as a map counter. Beyond lies the galley with a Flavel B700C two-burner gas stove with oven, a Nova Cool refrigerator, and a good amount of storage, including a pantry. A cover for the stove extends your counter space availability. The stainless steel sink is served by 40 gallons of pressure water, three gallons of hot water and a 25-gallon holding tank. Two LPG tanks hold 10 pounds each to service the stove. Across the way is a wonderfully large convertible dinette that can fit up to five people comfortably, six people snugly. Remove the table for extra room or lower it and this makes a great double berth. Beyond the dinette is the vessel s roomy private water closet with a marine head and a shower head. You ll find a private v-berth in the bow with sleeping quarters for two singles. As a live-aboard, you really can get creative with this space. Turn it into a queen berth, or a closet, or a storage room or a media room. Come aboard! You ll find a surprising amount of room on Phoenix

 On Deck:
Phoenix is a sailboat, so deck space is not a big feature. However, she does have a fun rounded cockpit with teak decking and plenty of seating for friends and family. Her high gunnels will help even the most nervous of passengers feel safe and secure on deck. Wide side decks and railing make easy work of stepping around the outside of Phoenix. A Titan 8 6 dinghy is lashed to her bow.

 Engine and Mechanical:
When you need trolling power, phoenix has been upgraded with a 36 horsepower 2002 Isuzu 4LC1 diesel engine with 1,278 hours on it. She cruises at six knots and 1,600 rpm and uses about two gallons of fuel per hour.
