It has a unique layout, featuring a center cockpit with opening canvas top that gives you the entertaining advantages of a large fly bridge without the need to climb a cumbersome ladder to get there. The below deck layout offers separated private sleeping quarters both forward and aft. Yet all of this come in a compact 28-ft. vessel.

Bella Via has an interior layout with separated forward and aft living area s like that of the popular live-aboard design used in center cockpit sailboats. A few steps down from the fresh air cockpit is the forward main salon. Here you will find a fully equipped galley to starboard that is within arm s reach of the social activity in the cockpit. Perfect to stay in the conversation or to hand up refreshments and nibbles. In the galley, the chef will find a two-burner electric stove, a Norcold refrigerator, stainless steel sink built into a cabinet with plenty of storage and counter top work area. There is even a fold up leaf to expand the chefs counter top. Over the counter, you will find a built-in cabinet for your toaster oven or small microwave to complete the galley equipment. Just forward is a convertible settee that makes for a cozy place to enjoy meals, share some stories or at night with table dropped down becomes a roomy V-Berth for guest. To port you have conveniently located head with Y-valve equipped toilet supported by a large 35-gallon holding tank. With a surprising 12 gallons hot water tank along with a 35 gallon fresh water tank you have more than enough for a long weekend. When you need a little music to enjoy your time on board there is a complete stereo system. Also, a built in telescoping mount is just waiting for your new TV. Back up through the cockpit and a few steps down you have the unique feature of a separate and private aft cabin only found on much larger boats. It is equipped with both a double and single berth along with its own vanity to brush your teeth before bed or freshen up in the morning.

 On Deck:
The center cockpit design serves as easy access flybridge. She has full canvas cover for inclement weather that can be opened to let the sun shine in during those warm summer days. A nicely laid out helm is located to starboard with comfortable skipper s chair. When not on the move it can be swiveled to offer an addition seat to stay in the conversation. There is also a bench seat just aft of the helm for two more guest to enjoy the ride. To port you have a roomy and comfortable dining booth for four with added benefit of drop down leaf s to open up the space. The forward bench seat conveniently converts to a forward-facing navigators seat for two when on the move. There are nice walkways all around topside with plenty of hand holds that the skipper will appreciate for the safety of the crew. Forward there is an anchor package with an appropriately sized Danforth 20 attached to 30 ft. of 5/16th chain and 150ft of in rode.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Twin gas 220 HP Crusaders along with the fine-tuning capability of her Bennet trim tabs let this vessel cruise comfortably at 12 but can jump all the way up to 22 when necessary. Her V- Drives offer the non-corroding advantage of shaft drive. With 120 gallons of fuel you will have a good range for your next adventure. The twin engine design provides even the most novice skipper nimble handling around the dock to help get her into some of the tightest slips.

 Electrical and Electronics:
Her AC needs are built on a ABYC standard 30-amp shore power with a Lewco 20 amp. charger to keep her two start batteries and twin battery house bank ready to go when you drop your dock lines and head off for your next adventure. Her electronics package uses a Lowrance HDS-5 plotter with a Cobra VHF for communications.

 Notes and Extras:
There is a recent 2015 survey available for your review. She also come with a custom Tri Axle trailer that gives you the ability to move her to your favorite cruising ground or just a convenient and low cost place to store her out of the water during the winter or when not in use.
