WIDE BEAM, GREAT LAYOUT, HUGE DECK, TUNA TOWER! This is a great all-purpose family cruiser, motor yacht, sport fisher or a live-aboard. Ginnie C. s wide beam provides a spacious interior as well as a large cockpit, so you can really stretch your sea legs no matter where you prefer to enjoy your time aboard. At this great price, you get 39 horizontal feet plus an outstanding vertical tuna tower. The possibilities of this boat are endless! Add a few new touches like fresh carpeting, curtains, upholstery and a little elbow grease on her wood finishes and this boat will make you smile for years to come. A copy of her 2017 survey is available for you to look over.

Ginnie C. s main salon is entered via the cockpit lockable sliding door. A plush L-shaped settee with expandable coffee table is arranged to your left. To your right is enough room for the included chest freezer and swivel chair. Take the freezer out for added social space. The settee also converts into a double berth. The beautifully large side windows each come with a set of blinds and the front windows have exterior coverings for added privacy and protection. Slide the side windows open to let in some fresh spring or summer air. A serving counter with two stools separates the galley from the salon. The galley is quite functional with a two-burner princess stove, a nice-sized Norcold refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, microwave and a sizable double stainless steel sink. Adjacent to the galley is the guest cabin, which is set up with a bunk bed, as well as a hanging locker, and a good amount of standing space. Across the hall is the vessel s head. There is plenty of knee room at the potty, ample counter space, a hand sink and a separate stand-up shower. Large storage nooks help you keep this area tidy. The main stateroom is situated in the v-berth area and features a double bed, hanging locker, and its own hand sink. No more fighting for sink space when getting ready for the day. In all, Ginnie C. sleeps six comfortably and the forced air diesel furnace keeps everyone cozy warm at night.

 On Deck:
The double wide grated swim deck is great for anti-slip and easy-to-clean purposes. It also makes getting to her transom door easier for those nervous passengers. The cockpit on this vessel has over 100 square feet of space for you to enjoy. An extra long fillet/bait table is mounted on the transom and can fit two working bait boys. The cockpit helm comes in handy if a quick adjustment to the boat s position is needed. And the hydraulic pot puller saves your back when retrieving those shrimp and crab pots. There is also a handy outdoor sink with hand soap dispenser so you can open your lunchbox without dragging grimy feet through the salon. Rocket launchers provide a place to store your poles. For safety, the bow houses a Zodiac dinghy and a dinghy davit. Reach the fly bridge by the ladder from the cockpit. Its full canvass enclosure keeps you dry from the elements, but keeps your option open to remove it and enjoy the sunshine. Two helm swivel chairs with arm rests, a storage cubby, hanging drink holder, and table space round out this comfortable spot on the boat. Of course, Ginnie C. also comes with a marvelous tuna tower helm, also known as The Room with a View. Besides for fishing, use your wildest imagination on how to utilize this unique feature: whale watching, kite flying, spotting pot buoys, skeet shooting. It can also come in very handy for the fisherman who plans to travel up and down the West Coast and fish a wide variety of species.

 Engine and Mechanical:
The power behind Ginnie s 39 feet comes from two Caterpillar 3208 engines. She has three helms from which to navigate. The auxiliary engine for the Zodiac dinghy is a reliable 8 horsepower Yamaha engine. When anchoring, her bow pulpit keeps the anchor from coming into contact with the vessel s shell.

 Electrical and Electronics:
The flybridge helm houses the vessel s navigation electronics, including a Raytheon radar, Standard Horizon VHF and a Furuno depth sounder. An electric wiper at the center window of the flybridge helm keeps visibility clear in wet weather. Ginnie comes with a 7.6 kw diesel gen set and a 3,000 watt inverter. Fun tunes can be played through the vessel s stereo system and deck speakers.

 Notes and Extras:
Ginnie C. s interior has a roomy, comfortable arrangement with lots of space to spread out, providing lots of fun for the whole family. The large aft deck has oodles of room for the avid fisherman and the three helms open up all sorts of possibilities. Call today and make an appointment to see this steal of a deal!
