LUXURY, QUEEN MASTER BED, TIMELESSLY Join the community of energetic and passionate Nordic Tug owners. If you are looking for the ultimate in seagoing comfort, Tootsie Too will be the boat you ll want to spend hours and hours enjoying. This is an especially nice, well cared for vessel that is easily one of the more beautiful boats at any dock. Her roomy stateroom, galley and living area establishes her as an inviting Llive-aboard, but her fuel efficiency urges you to take her out for many adventures on the sea.

The accommodations on Tootsie Too feel like a luxury home on the water. When entering the great room salon from the cockpit through the glassy door, you are met by a richly beautiful interior flooded with natural light reflecting off the golden teakwood throughout. Wall to wall plush carpeting is welcoming to your feet. Her ultra light gray upholstery and other finishes adds to the stately presence. To your left is a mid-height storage cabinet with enough table space to add a desk lamp, a set of coasters, a laptop or other items. Adjacent is a long L-shaped convertible dinette/settee with an expandable table. During the day, this seats five adults comfortably. At night, convert the settee into a double berth. The entire Starboard side of the main salon is dedicated to Tootsie Too s beautiful galley with more storage and counter space than many apartments. Its wood drawers operate on metal guides with bearings for smooth operation, even when loaded with utensils and provisions. The galley is furnished with a three-burner Force 10 stove/oven combo with pot holder, a Nova Cool refrigerator and separate sizeable freezer, a microwave, and a deep corner inset sink with a home-like single faucet. There is easily enough space for two cooks to work on a meal together. The pilothouse is located up three steps from the main salon. The absence of a bulkhead between the pilothouse and saloon adds to the spaciousness and allows opportunities for socializing for everyone aboard, even while underway. Two 40-inch wide seats are positioned at each side of the pilothouse and the fully equipped helm is starboard and large navigation station is port. There are both port and starboard entrance doors for quick access to either side of the boat, an important feature often overlooked on boats of this style. Two hatches in the pilothouse teak and holly floor allow access to the engine room. Carpeting stairs lead you to the bow, where you find two staterooms and the vessel s starboard head. There is plenty of counter space for you to spread out all your toiletries in the morning and the teak cabinetry gives you numerous places to tuck all those things away. There is a separate stand-up shower with glass door. Two portholes in the head open for ventilation, if you need it. A 144 gallon water tank, 32-gallon holding and 11 gallons of hot water serve your on board water needs. Across the hall is the guest stateroom with two single berths in a bunk bed arrangement. Drawers under the bottom berth and in a neighboring night stand provide storage options for the weekend. This is a great place for weekend visitors to stay, or you can reconfigure this room into an office or even a laundry room. The v-berth stateroom has a center island queen berth, reading lamps, plenty of cabinets, storage drawers under the bed, and two hanging lockers so you don t have to fight with your partner on closet space. The small touches really add up throughout the interior of Tootsie Too and create a comfortable, homey space for your extended stay. Recessed lighting and window coverings concealed behind teak valances enhance your lighting and privacy options. Air conditioning and the Hurricane 2 forced air hydronic furnace with thermostatic controls ensure you will never sweat or shiver while enjoying your time aboard this magnificent vessel.

 On Deck:
The boarding platform, gunnel railing and aft transom door makes an easy task of coming aboard Tootsie Too, no matter how weak your sea legs might be. The non-slip deck here and all around the boat's exterior and handrails galore gives you additional confidence you ll stay uprights, even in the wind and rain. The aft deck measures slightly more than five feet deep by 10 feet wide and comfortably accommodates three deck chairs. The aft deck also has a deck shower, a storage box and a deck wash down system. The West Marine barbecue mounted to the stern also comes with this package, so you can have friends and family over for a dockside barbecue. A ladder accesses the cabin top over the main salon. The roof extends over the aft deck so you can enjoy the outside even while its sprinkling. This upper area is currently used to store Tootsie Too s 10-foot Bullfrog eight-person dinghy that you hoist up with the electric davit; however, there is still room for lounging up here. Railing around the entire rooftop space ease the minds of you and your guests. The foredeck area is small, but provides secure and easy access for handling ground tackle and dock lines.

 Engine and Mechanical:
This Nordic Tug has more than just good looks, it has brawn to back it up. Her original 380 horsepower Cummins 5.9 diesel engine with a mere 1,271 hours on it provides reliable power for Tootsie Too. She cruises at 8.5 knots at 1,200 rpm and has a top speed of 18 knots. She carries a generous 324 gallons of fuel in two aluminum tanks. With a fuel usage of about four gallons per hour her range is long stretch of 1,000 nautical miles. Anchoring is easy by lowering her Bruce 66-pound anchor and 250 feet of chain off the anchor pulpit via the Lofrans electric winch.

 Electrical and Electronics:
Tootsie Too is outfitted with an updated and outstanding top-end electronics package. For navigation needs, you have at your fingertips a Raymarine E Series HD Hybridtouch GPS, radar and depth sounder, and a Raymarine Graphic Autohelm autopilot. Your communication needs are met by the Icom IC-M504 VHF, as well as an Icom loud hailer. The forward-facing spotlight helps you with docking in the dark hours. Once secured at the dock, plug her into the 30 amp shore power outlet. Power needs are also met by her Freedom Marie 25 battery charger, a FM 2500 inverter, a genset start battery, a nice and quiet Onan 9kw diesel generator set, and a four-battery house bank with 2015 batteries. Safety and comfort systems include a TankWatch waste/fresh water monitor, an outside camera, and a smart craft system monitor. Musical entertainment is assigned to the Kenwood stereo system with a complete set of speakers. A review of Nordic Tugs suggests the wire harness is a thing of beauty, and a textbook example of how to do it right.
