UPGRADED ENGINES, DUOPROPS, BIG COCKPIT! Built in the Pacific Northwest, Glasply boats have a loyal fan following for their quality and ability to handle the unique weather and water conditions encountered in this part of the world. Heather Lynn is comfortable, inside and out, AND great for extended stays on the water. She can handle rough water very well, especially with her low center of gravity and self-bailing cockpit. Interested in a light cosmetic fixer that is in good to great condition in all the places that really count? Call today.

The main cabin on Heather Lynn incorporates the galley, dinette, main helm and an enclosed head on the starboard side aft that is complete with shower. There is plenty of headroom for passengers who inch over six feet. The galley has a Dickinson stove/oven combo, a Norcold AC/DC refrigerator and a large double stainless steel sink with pressure hot and cold water. Fifty gallons of water, six gallons of hot water and a 12-gallon holding tank serve all facility water needs. On the starboard side forward is the interior helm with a comfy cushioned captain s bench seat and an excellent view over the bow. The convertible dinette to port seats four adults and sleeps two at night. Two folks can sit at the starboard side bench seat, which also slides to a double bed. The v-berth sleeps another two passengers, reaching Heather Lynn s slumber capacity to a generous six people. All seating and berthing is cushioned. The v-berth is lighted in part by oblong portholes, which have sliding sections that open and allow a cross breeze through wire mesh. There is other interior lighting as well. The v-berth also has a hatch that leads up to the foredeck. Throughout the cabin and v-berth, you will find lockers, drawers and storage trays that really help keep the inside clutter-free. She is a clean boat, ready for adventure now, but you could brighten her up with some new upholstery to really make her yours.

 On Deck:
There is a lot of rear deck space for fishing or for setting up a patio table set if you plan on living aboard Heather Lynn. Come aboard by way of the three-quarters swim deck from the stern or by stepping on or over the port or starboard gunnel and through the chain opening in the aft railing. A narrow walk-around deck with stainless steel grab rails on the cabin roof leads forward to the foredeck where you have more room for sunbathing or dropping extra lines into the water. A ladder on the starboard side of the cockpit brings you up to the flybridge. There you will find cushioned seating for five folks and the flybridge helm with a centrally-located wheel. The helm has a complete set of engine controls, gauges and switches. The venture screen on the fly bridge is tinted blue to reduce some of the sun s glare off the water. Three hatch covers in the cockpit deck are lined with sound proofing material and cover the engine room. Heather Lynn has very nice exterior window coverings and a flybridge cover, which has in part helped her stay clean and in very good condition.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Heather Lynn was upgraded in 1995 with two 1995 5.8 Ford EFI 225 horsepower gas engines. These reliable motors move at a cruise speed of 22 knots. With a fuel usage of about one gallon per hour, her two 70-gallon fuel tanks take you about 130 nautical miles. Kobelt yydraulic steering is at the main helm and flybridge with Mathers electric controls. She also has Volvo Penta duoprop outdrives and Bennett trim tabs to add to her capable and responsive handling. A kicker bracket is mounted on the transom to port. For anchoring, you have a 15-pound Danforth anchor attached to 280 feet of chain and line and an Ideal electric anchor winch.

 Electrical and Electronics:
At the dock, your power needs are met by the 30 amp shore power plug-in. While underway, you have a Professional Marine battery charger, two 55 amp alternators, and two 2014 start batteries to keep you running. Her navigation electronics package is comprised of a nice Furuno GP-1650WF GPS and depth sounder, and a Richie four inch compass. For communications, you have an Icom ICM 402 VHF. This boat is fitted with three Bosch windshield wiper units and one 12-volt defroster fan for better visibility on rainy days or during over-the-bow seas.

 Notes and Extras:
The overall condition of this vessel is good, with normal wear and tear expected. Her exterior is surprisingly very good for her age. A copy of her 2016 survey is available for you to look over.
