LOW REBUILD HOURS, ECONOMICAL, FULL OF PERSONALITY! One of the most popular lobster boats of all time on the East Coast, more than 370 hulls of the Duffy 35 have been made since 1982. However, this Down East boat is a rare find on the West Coast so now is your chance to check out this find. She is a great recreational cruiser for a couple or a family of four and has an important reputation for being a top notch, solid boat, also popular with sport fishermen. If you like the comfort of a pleasure boat with a salty commercial style hull and great features, call to see this gal today.

 Interior:
Enter the main cabin from the cockpit through the weather-tight swing door. The main cabin is large, with numerous windows with curtain coverings and 6 feet, 3 inches of headroom. Plenty of floor space for walking around means not bumping into anyone or having to walk sideways to get by. On port is a long galley which stretches from the aft bulkhead to the companion seat at the helm. The galley has a Dickinson two-burner stove/oven combo, a Norcold refrigerator, a home-sized large double stainless steel sink, and plenty of cabinets for storage. The starboard side is dedicated to a comfortable raised dinette that seats four and converts into a cozy berth for two. The table is designed with a fun nautical map under glass. Additional storage underneath the dinette fits a surprising amount of cargo. Teak woodwork and teak parquet flooring throughout the vessel create a rich and warm nautical environment that invites you to extend your stay aboard her. The helm and the companion seat are plush and cushioned and very home-like. You can relax comfortably for hours in these chairs as you navigate your favorite waterways. Down a few steps into the bow are a large coat closet to one side and a roomy head to the other. The head features a large hand sink, a home-like commode and counter space and ample storage. There is a shower feature and a port hole which opens and also has a privacy curtain. Six gallons of hot water and a 150 gallon water tank serve your at-sea water needs. The v-berth is the main sleeping quarters on Annalisa and fits two adults very comfortably. There is a large amount of storage under the sleeping platform and a storage tray in the bow. The large windows throughout the interior of Annalisa have privacy curtains for when you are overnighting. Cabin heating is by engine heat, as well as an oil stove. Annalisa s personality will really shine when you add your personal touches to her interior maybe some new toss pillows and a couple of cute throw rugs or some new dinette upholstery.

 On Deck:
Annalisa has usable deck space in abundance, starting with the large stern deck. There is plenty of room for you and your pals to spend the day fishing without feeling like the deck is too crowded. You can even set a couple of chairs or coolers on the deck without them getting in the way. Of course, you don t really need coolers with the apartment-sized Norcold refrigerator/freezer secured in its own cabinet. This feature is exceptionally useful if you plan to live aboard Annalisa or take her on extended voyages. The back deck canvass provides shelter and helps to keep the back deck tidy when not in use. She has wide side decks with nonskid texture that makes it easy for you to access the bow. You can hop up onto the v-berth cabin roof for a great view of nearby whales or that big fish you ve got on your hook. Non-skid texture here as well will keep you upright. The main cabin roof is the perfect size for storing a dinghy or a couple of kayaks and tie-downs are available if you choose to house something up there. Other nice deck features include two Scotty electric downriggers, a 10-inch Hydroslave pot puller, and an aluminum davit. Whether it s for fishing or cruising, you are already set up for fun on Annalisa. E

 Engine and Mechanical:
This is an economical cruiser powered by a single CAT 3208 375 horsepower diesel engine with an estimated 500 rebuilt hours on it. She cruises at 8 knots at 1,500 rpm and has a top speed of 12 knots. She carries a hefty 500 gallons of fuel, so your trips to the pump will be few and far between. She has hydraulic steering and cable controls from her single inside helm. If you need to anchor for the night, Annalisa has a 20-pound Danforth anchor tethered to 350 feet of chain and line to a hydraulic winch. She also comes with a spare Fortress anchor.

 Electrical and Electronics:
You have all the navigation electronics you need at the helm of Annalisa, including a Furuno GP32 GPS, a Furuno 1715 radar and a Furuno FCV 667 depth sounder. For communications, you have an ICOM M424G VHF. For your listening pleasure, there is a Kenwood 10-disc CD/AM/FM stereo with two Bose cabin speakers. She has a Xantrax 20 amp battery charger with 2014 batteries. When traveling through spitty weather, the windshields have two 12-volt defrosting fans and each has an electric wiper. For nighttime docking or other needs, her Rayline forward-facing search light with remote control at the helm is available. When you are docked, plug her into 30 amp shore power for your electrical needs.

 Notes and Extras:
This package also comes with an eight-foot Livingston fiberglass dinghy. Over the years the Duffy 35 has proven itself to be a safe and stable boat in all but the most severe sea conditions. She is a good moderately sized boat, large enough to range far offshore in spring, summer and fall conditions and small enough to do so with speed and fuel efficiency. Her reputation of excellent seaworthiness has been earned through years of hard work on the water.
