AN EXCELLENT FISHING PARTNER, this very clean and properly maintained 2001 Farallon is a rare treasure on the market. These boats last for decades, so their owners keep them for a good long time. Strike Zone is especially distinctive with her nearly-new 2014 Volvo 340 horsepower engine. This is a great boat as a commercial charter or for family recreation.

 Interior:
Through the lockable sliding cabin door, you can enjoy the roomy cabin on Strike Zone. At the port side, a convertible dinette with a beautiful map design and adjacent magazine holder provides seating for three or a single berth. The starboard helm station features a swivel captain s helm chair. Sliding side windows on both sides lets in the sea breeze on those stuffy summer days. A Jabsco marine head is located in the fully enclosable bow area. When not used as a potty, this space can be used as extra seating or set up as a sleeping berth for two. Storage compartments in the seating make the best use of this space. Rod holders mounted in the ceiling and storage cubbies located throughout the cabin keep loose items nicely concealed.

 On Deck:
A generous cockpit is a capstone of Strike Zone. After all, you ll be spending most of your recreating time on her deck. There s enough room for a huge cooler with plenty of room to spare for fighting fish. In-deck storage keeps bumpers, hooks, nets and other occasional equipment out from underfoot. The deck wash down system helps keep the deck clear of fish guts. Back here, a sink is handy when you need a fresh water rinse. The 15 gallon water tank keeps the sink supplied and the 15 gallon holding tank keeps soap and any other detergents out of the environment. The easy access raised engine hatch also makes quick seating for tired backs and legs. High safety rails on the bow extends the amount of fishing space. Get there by walking the side decks, but don t worry, there are plenty of handrails to help you along. This package also comes with four Cannon Tourney Series downriggers.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Strike Zone is powered by a newer and very clean and well-maintained 2014 Volvo Penta 454 Marine gas engine, a mere 2,361 hours on it. With 340 horsepower behind her, her three-blade stainless steel propeller propels Strike Zone to the best fishing spots with a top speed of 31 knots and a cruise speed of 25 knots at 3,100 rpm. Steering and throttling can be done from the main helm or the aft cockpit. She can hold 200 gallons of fuel and has a usage of about 11 gallons per hour, so your day of adventure can be as long as you want it to be. For trolling or emergencies, count on her reliable 2013 Yamaha 9.9 horsepower auxiliary engine mounted on a lowering bracket. If you need to set anchor, you ve got a 22-pound Danforth anchor with 480 feet of chain and line.

 Electrical and Electronics:
Equipped with the perfect balance of electronics, you will find the best fishing grounds in no time. Navigation equipment includes a Standard Horizon GPS, plotter and VHF and a Furuno depth sounder. Keep the party rocking with tunes on the Pioneer stereo system and speakers.

 Notes and Extras:
Strong and durable, Farallon boats are known for being great performs in rough seas, riding the waves instead of pounding through them. The Farallon hull is bonded together with the deck, bulkheads, shelves and cabinets, giving it incredible structural strength. This no-nonsense construction results in straight tracking at trolling speeds, minimum drag and maximum efficiency, as well as expert handling in any seas. Strike Zone is turn-key and ready for you. Just bring your rods, some bait and a sack lunch. Call us today and check out Strike Zone or she ll be gone before you can count to three.
