JUST REDUCED TO $57,500! ACHIEVE YOUR CRUISING DREAMS with this majestically profiled classic trawler yacht. A pacific northwest native, the Pacific Trawler is set up nicely for cruising the calmer waters of Alaska s Inside Passage all the way down to Washington s San Juan Islands and all the nooks and crannies in between. Or enjoy her warm and homey nautical interior as a live aboard. This boat is good for her age; some new curtains and fresh upholstery will make her great.

 Interior:
From the transom deck, enter the main salon of Myrtle C through an accordion style lockable teak door. Beautiful big windows let in lots of sunlight as you appreciate the warm nautical teak décor with plenty of home-like built-ins, a large L-shaped settee that doubles as a single berth, and wall-to-wall plush carpeting. Book lovers will appreciate the three-level bookshelf awaiting a collection by your favorite authors. A rounded ceiling really adds a lovely touch. Separated by a small breakfast bar just off the main salon is a quaint but very functional galley with a four-burner Colman stove/oven, apartment-sized Vitra Frego refrigerator, microwave, double stainless steel sink and wood parquet flooring. A large picture window lets you enjoy the view while you prepare meals. Stained glass cabinet faces add a special touch and plenty of drawers keep this area free of clutter. Off the galley is the vessel s head with a stand-up frosted glass door enclosed shower and hand sink. Up a few steps from the galley and you ll find yourself in the pilothouse of Myrtle C. A door on each side gives the captain and guests easy access to the side decks. A large settee is located in the pilot house which also doubles as a single berth. The dash of this vessel has plenty of room for all the additional electronics and navigation toys you may want. Take a few steps down and you ll be in the double v-berth cabin. Two hanging lockers and several built in drawers give you many places to tuck clothes away and a small sink is perfect place to brush your teeth in the morning or at night. When cruising during cooler weather or at night, stay warm with the Espar D8L forced air diesel furnace with thermostat controls.

 On Deck:
The aft transom door off the small swim platform makes an easy task of coming aboard Myrtle C. The covered transom deck is small, but a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening sunset for a couple of stackable deck chairs. The gunnels are nice and high, so if you have little ones or a dog, you don t have to worry about any of them falling into the water. A rear enclosure canvass comes with this package and keeps this area free from snow in the winter. Two angled ladders on either side of the pilothouse take you to the large upper deck that makes up the salon room. Safety railings make it useful for social activities. Or this area is an excellent place to store a dinghy and a couple of kayaks or some crab pots. The bow decking is just as useful of an outdoor area to enjoy alone or with others.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Myrtle C is powered by a single 1976 Ford Lehman 120 horsepower diesel engine with 8,700 hours on it. Cruise speed is 7 knots and her top speed is 8.5 knots. Very fuel efficient, she uses about two gallons per hour. She s got a very clean, easy to access engine room. Last serviced this year older-model Lehmans are reported to be 12,000 hours engines, sometimes more. Two fiberglass fuel tanks carry 450 gallons. Two fiberglass water tanks hold 400 gallons. The holding tank has a 40 gallon capacity.

 Electrical and Electronics:
A bevy of electronics comes with this cruising package, including an E-120 MFD Raymarine GPS, E-80 MFD Raymarine plotter, MFD Raymarine radar, Icom 504 VHF, and a 1,500 watt transducer. She has a Victron Energy battery charger and plugs into 30 amp shore power at the dock. Enjoy your favorite show or movie on the Visio 43-inch TV mounted on the salon wall.

 Notes and Extras:
This beautiful classic vessel is a great boat for achieving your dream of stepping off land for long, leisurely cruises on the water. There are many people out there specifically looking for these boats, so be sure and schedule a time to see her soon!
