NEW IN WRANGEL! The owner of this 1973 Luhrs has spent the last 19 years refitting , upgrading and improving everything on the vessel. The only thing that is from 1972 is the hull and cabin! Starting with twin cummins that were in the crate and now only have 1500 hours. An 8 KW Northern lights generator has less than 1000 hours. You can operate the vessel from the bridge, main cabin, and back deck with Mathers micro-command , hynautic steering and autopilot. The bridge has a full electronics package that includes a monitor made by solarism that can be seen in direct sunlight. There is also a bench seat that can convert to a bunk. The main cabin has a sofa that converts to a bunk as well a a 4 person dinette that not only converts to a short double bunk for children but it can be lifted to gain access under the floor to V-drives, inverter and a battery. Speaking of batteries there are 3 8D AGM Lifeline batteries that are top of the line. Everything is top of the line! Including a Jabsco Sensor fresh water pump that regulates water flow! And speaking of water there is a water maker! The galley is complete with electric cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave and even a trash compactor! Forward is a head with shower and cabin with double bunk. After being aboard this one you can only say WOW! over and over again. WOW!

Interior:

Upon entering the main cabin there is an entertainment center to starboard with TV/ VCR, DVD, satellite radio Six speakers , 2 each in salon forward cabin , and bridge can be separately controlled. Below is the AC/DC panel with each terminal shrink wrapped and soldered. To port is the dinette with storage under seats and the galley is forward to port. Starboard forward is the helm station with Garmin GPS plotter, sounder, radar, vhf, and autopilot with a remote that can be taken to the back deck. The small sofa is behind helm. The whole interior is finished in teak and canary wood. Down 2 steps is the head and shower and forward cabin. There is storage underneath a double bunk and cabinets on port and starboard. New paneling was installed in October 2012.

On Deck:

Engine and Mechanical:

Twin 6 cylinder Cummins have 210 horse power each with borg warner gears and walter V-drives. Each engine has a balmar voltage regulator and walker airseps. Northern lights 8 KW generator with start in engine room and remote start at helm in cabin. Hynautic steering, Mathers controls. There is an electric pot puller on deck and 2 wash down stations. Rudders and 1 1/2" stainless shaft have dripless seals. There are AC outlets and in engine room. Vessel packs 480 gallons of diesel in a cushion mounted aluminum belly tank.

Electrical and Electronics:

New electrical system with 50 amp shore power on port and starboard. 3 8D AGM Lifeline batteries. Batteries have a west marine combiner. There is a Tri pro 15 amp battery trickle charger, a 3000 watt inverter and 600 watt inverter. The 11 gallon water heater is AC and also engine heated. The Raritan marine toilet has a macerator on an 80 gallon Stainless steel waste tank and on the overboard. Maxwell 2200 anchor windlass with controls at the anchor and on bridge.

3 AFI wipers, PUR watermaker, Epirb, 2 propane detectors, The vessel can be navigated from bridge or cabin with dual gps,radar,sounder,vhf and autopilot. The main anchor is a 66 # Bruce and the spare is 44# CQR. The vessel cruises at 10 knots burning 5-6 GPH. Top speed is 22 Knots.
