Powered with a 2017 Volvo D6-400 HP inboard diesel coupled to a Volvo DPHD duo-prop out-drive with 800 hours +/-. The Volvo 6 liter D6 marine diesel was first brought to market in 2004 and is a very successful high pressure, common rail, fuel injected marine diesel know for being very quiet while underway, excellent fuel economy, and high propulsive thrust when coupled to a Volvo Duo Prop DPHD out-drive. Dusty Boy comes with two steering stations, one at the main helm and one at the cockpit station both equipped with Volvo EVC electronic shift and throttle controls. Fuel capacity is 270 gallons of diesel giving her an estimated range of 475 miles burning 12-14 GPH at 25 MPH. Lots of range for long weekend trips with fuel economy that is 35% better than a twin outboard gasoline powered boat.

Electrical and Electronics:

Starboard-side helm station with flush mounted electronics featuring a Garmin 12" MFD GPS map 7612 XSV color touch screen for radar, plotter, sounder functions. Also including Volvo multifunction gauges with speed, RPM, hours, oil pressure, water temp, and and trim controls. She has a Garmin autopilot, Lemar 12VDC 5.4HP bowthruster, and Lenco trim tabs with lighted position indicator. Large 3 panel Blue Seas Custom 360 AC/DC main distribution panel with digital readout, and very cool relay activated battery switches meaning that you do not have to crawl into the engine compartment to turn on your battery switches. There are also two high water alarms next to the bilge pump switching. She comes with a Fuzion marine stereo networked with NEMA 2000 to the Garmin display including 8 speakers in 4 zones for playing music in the v-berth, main cabin forward, main cabin aft and two large Bose deck speakers.
