ROOMY, CLEAN, TRAILER INCLUDED, This is an eye-popping aluminum fishing machine has a raised pilothouse, sleeping quarters for up to six, a great galley, loaded deck, and so much more. Her Volvo duo-props and 350 horsepower engines give her a whole lot of oomph for her roomy 38 feet, but don t constantly tug at your wallet like other boats this size. If you want a clean boat with longevity, excellent power and options, look no further.

Interior:

Her wide, 13-foot beam makes for not only a spacious deck, but a spacious cabin as well. Immediately to port is a well-placed set of drawers, perfect for using it as extra tackle storage. Forward is a huge raised cushioned U-shaped dinette that fits up to eight adults and converts to a comfortable berth for two at night. Its marine vinyl upholstery is very easy to clean and keep fresh looking. A set of drawers is under the forward bench and bulk storage is under the other benches. Forward of the dinette and up a step is a forward-facing cushioned bench seat for up to three adults. It has a nice amount of knee room, a foot rest, storage under the seating, and a grab rail along the front. Two sliding windows along the port side bring in some nice fresh air. On starboard, you first have your extremely roomy head, just inside the cabin from the cockpit. It has a shower, plenty of knee room, a hand sink, and a window that opens for ventilation. The galley forward is nicely equipped with beautiful Corian countertops, a Force 10 gas stove/oven combo, Nova Kool refrigerator, and a deep sink with pressure water. Serving your water needs is a 100-gallon water tank and a 35-gallon holding tank. The inside helm station next has a very comfortable leather helm seat with arm rests and map pocket in the back. The view over the bow is superb and a nice sliding window is adjacent. In the bow are sleeping arrangements for four adults, making the total overnighting capabilities on Milagra for six adults. Two Wallas Nautic 400 diesel furnaces keep the entire cabin toasty warm. This interior is super clean and easy to keep nice looking. You will find many useful features through, including a hand hold railing along the centerline interior ceiling and ample cabin lighting.

On Deck:

The large 10x11-foot cockpit and its array of features was very intelligently thought out. She has two huge in-deck fish boxes, a fish cleaning table off the transom, storage trays along each gunnel, cockpit lights, cockpit speakers, storage, a starboard helm station and kicker controls on the starboard bulkhead with remote control. Come aboard easily by way of her swim deck and centerline transom door. The expansive deck is roomy enough for several fishing pals, but there is also standing room in the bow. Access it by way of the wide side decks with sturdy railing along the sides and around the bow. Including an electric -hydraulic dinghy davit for easy dingy deployment. Also mounted on the cabin roof is a an eight-man RFD Beaufort Inc. life raft. The cabin roof extension to house makes an excellent cockpit cover, so you don t have to get soaking wet when fishing during inclement weather. Makes for some very happy passengers for certain! It ALSO is great for hanging deer under cover while you are camping. This package is very well rounded and also comes with rocket launchers, a 10-inch hydraulic pot puller and two Scotty electric downriggers.

Engine and Mechanical:

The get-up-and-go power behind Milagra comes from her two original Volvo D6350 350 horsepower diesel engines with Volvo Nibral duoprops. She has 1,315 hours on starboard and 1,299 hours on port. She cruises nice and briskly at 25 knots. Her two fuel tanks carry a total of 400 gallons of fuel and she has a nice range of about 400 nautical mile range. Great fuel economy! Anchoring is a cinch with her JK Fabrication, Inc., hydraulic drum windlass and 66-pound claw anchor on 350 feet of chain and line.

Electrical and Electronics:

You have a full array of navigation and fish finding electronics at your fingertips on this 40-footer. Furuno Navnet is the dominating brand, including her GPS, plotter and two depth sounders, one at each helm. She has a Furuno open array radar and a Comnav autopilot. Lenco trim tabs keep you level while underway. For communications, you have a nice Icom VHF. When you are at the dock, plug her into 30 amp shore power. While at sea, you have a Honda EU2000i portable gas generator set for your electric needs. She also has a Quality Marine VMI/Xantrex battery charger, alternator, Out Back inverter, and eight start batteries. Electric wipers and defog fans are at the inside helm. For entertainment, you have a nice CD player with speakers in the cabin and cockpit. Along with great cabin lighting, the outside lighting package on Milagra is nothing short of stellar. She has FOUR forward-facing halogen spotlights off her cabin roof, as well as a light bar below the bow pulpit. The cockpit also has two bright halogen lights for clear illumination during the dark hours Alaska is so famous for.

Notes and Extras:

Milagra comes with a 2016 four-axle Tuff Trailer galvanized trailer haul out trailer with sliding tongue.. Cats are great boats known for their stability, ride comfort, and safety. By their nature, modern catamarans have plenty of buoyancy and exceptional roll inertia. And with the engines farther apart than a single-hulled boat, cats are more maneuverable at low speeds and spin easily, making them ideal for fishing.
