REDUCED TO $145,000! DIESEL POWERED, FISHING PLATFORM, VERSATILE! Feast your eyes on this roomy and comfortable trawler, a fantastic looking boat that is powered beautifully by low-hour diesel Cummins inboards. She is very clean with great build quality and top-shelf components. You ll love how much usable deck space this boat has for all kinds of activities. Inside, there is a great galley and two staterooms. Reliable and economical, Albin's have a great reputation as good, solid performing blue water boats.

 Interior:
Entering into the cabin, a bright and warm interior welcomes you inside. On starboard, a nice galley is immediately on starboard with a three-burner Force 10 range gas, numerous drawers and cabinets and cubbies, a double basin sink, nice-sized Norcold refrigerator, and ample counterspace. A Samsung microwave is inset into the cabinetry above the range. The helm sits forward. Stretching along the port wall is a large, plush-cushioned convertible settee with a long removable table that is perfect for games or meals. The large windows open for ventilation and light, but when privacy is desired, they have nice curtains that can be easily drawn. Down a few steps into the bow are two staterooms. The master has a partial walk-around queen berth. There is individual lighting, a hanging closet, and other storage. Aft on port is an additional double stateroom with a large storage hutch and two reading lamps. In all, Skookum sleeps six adults. On starboard is the roomy vessel head where you ll find a separate shower stall, a Bemis toilet, as well as storage and opening portholes for ventilation. Jabsco Parmex 4 pressure water, a 120-gallon fresh water tank, and a six-gallon water heater serve your galley and head.

 On Deck:
The deck space on this model has a level of versatility you won t find on similar boats. She has a walk-around design with railing surround that leads you to a bow with plenty of standing space for dropping in extra lines. The v-berth roof also makes a great seating area for sightseeing passengers. Boarding Skookum is easily done by stepping on her wide swim deck and through the transom door. The swim deck has railing and doubles as a marvelous fishing platform and helps you keep fishing goo off the main deck space. She comes with two Cannon hand crank down riggers. The cockpit is quite large and fully covered, an exceptional feature in rain or shine. Storage benches make great seating and a large removable table turns this deck into a great dinner cruiser. Access the flybridge by a set of stairs, not a ladder. Stairs also tuck in to allow more deck space. The flybridge has a centerline captain s chair and all kinds of nice cushioned seating for passengers. The seating also conceals a grand amount of storage for extra gear. You can also fit a cooler or two in this space, while still keeping plenty of space for passengers. This package comes complete with a custom davit and a Longs Marine pot puller.

 Engine and Mechanical:
Skookum is powered by reliable twin 2001 Cummings/6BT 330-horsepower diesel engines, very respected among Alaska boaters. They have only 933 hours on port and 993 hours on starboard, years of life ahead! They motor this gal at a cruising speed of between seven and 10 knots with a cruise rpm of 1,450 at 10 knots. Her top speed is 14 knots. Her three fuel tanks carry a long-range total of 420 gallons of fuel. There is Teleflex steering at the main helm and in the flybridge. She has four-blade bronze propellers, rudders, and she has ZF Hurth reduction gear. She has a Vetus bow thruster to nudge her gently into tight spaces. Anchoring is via the 22-pound Bruce anchor in a Muir electric winch with 50 feet of chain and 150 feet of line. She also has a spare anchor.

 Electrical and Electronics:
For navigation and fish finding, you have plenty of gadget goodies to get you there, including a Garmin 5212 GPS and potter, plus a Garmin HD18 dome radar. There are two transducers, Chirp GT51M-Th, and two depth sounders, a Garming and a Ratheon. The flybridge has a Garmin GPS. For communications, you have an Icom IC-M27 VHF. She has all the standard electrical features you need in a vessel, including great cabin lighting and electric wipers on each windshield. While at the dock, plug Skookum into 30-amp shore power for your electrical needs. She has a Master Volt battery charger and inverter. There are two start batteries and five in the housebank. For entertainment purposes, play your favorite tunes on the Jensen stereo system with Sony XS-MP speakers throughout.
