Interior:
This Duckworth design has become one of the more popular and functional designs in the history of boating. The inside has comfortable seating for 4-6 adults, with 2 forward facing chairs and 2 bench seats aft. The bench seats have large storage areas and are designed to fold down to make a berth for 2. With the diesel furnace, you can spend the night in comfort in a nice dry and warm cabin. The main helm has great visibility and access to all the electronics, anchor drum winch, and main engine controls.
On Deck:
This popular design allows you to enjoy the large back deck area and also the forward bow area that you access through the middle window forward of the cabin. The back deck has a rear transom door, large storage gunnels both port and starboard, back deck steer station and electric downriggers. She is all set up to fish with her control king remote and kicker controls mounted next to the rear station. If it's halibut or bottom fish your after, the bow area allows you to spread out and keep your bait from getting tangled with other anglers. The roof of this 22' gives you options for storing a dinghy or crab and shrimp pots. She also has a large fish box with cutting board aft and port and starboard deck fish boxes.
Engine and Mechanical:
This aluminum sport fisher is powered by a single Yamaha 200 HP 4 stroke outboard that cruises around 26 knots at 4100 RPM. At her cruising speed she burns roughly 7-8 gallons per hour. She has a maximum speed of over 45 knots. She also has a port mounted 9.9 high thrust Yamaha outboard that works great as a kicker or a get home motor if the need ever arises.
Electrical and Electronics:
For electronics she has a Garmin GPSmap XSV that works as a depth sounder or plotter. You have the ability to full screen either function or split the screen when you are fishing or running through a shallow area. She also has a Icom VHF and a LSM anchor drum winch that you can control from the main helm.
