REDUCED TO $229,900 WALK-AROUND BERTH, BRIGHT INTERIOR, BEAUTIFUL TRIMMING! One of the most amazing, homey aluminum vessels you will find around, this 2005 Waterline Trawler s rugged aluminum exterior is balanced very nicely with her stunning interior. There are a lot of very nice surprises aboard this 40-footer, a lot of extras have been added and she has been beautifully maintained. She can easily transition from a live-aboard to a cruiser all in one day. While she looks like a no-nonsense Pacific Northwest fishing machine on the outside, inside she is all about comfort and beauty. If you are a lover of the tug-style vessel, you will go gaga for this lady.
Interior: | |
Enter the full-width main cabin on Alumination through her weathertight aft door. To starboard, she has a gorgeous L-shaped galley that is so functional you simply can t believe it. There is a home-sized NovaCool refrigerator, microwave mounted in the wall above the refrigerator, a Force 10 LPG range, Corian countertops, a large two-basin stainless steel sink, and sooo many drawers and cabinets that there is a place for everything. Two large galley windows reflect off the golden maple cabinetry and beautiful flooring and welcome you to create beautiful meals for all aboard. Across from the galley is a salon area on port, with a lovely L-Z Boy sofa that converts to a queen bed, an extendable coffee table, and more large view-friendly windows. A few steps up from the main cabin area takes you to the raised pilothouse helm. It has a nice cushioned bench, where the captain can be joined by three or four mates for the cruise. An additional smaller bench is on the other side of the stairs to port. Weathertight doors on port and starboard give quick access outside to the bow and come in extremely handy when docking or on hot days when you ache for a cross-breeze as you cruise. The helm has three large windshields and an excellent 36-degree view, including a large window looking aft. A few steps down and forward from the pilothouse and you find yourself in the bow, which contains the surprisingly roomy main stateroom and the vessel s head. The stateroom has a nearly full walk-around queen berth, practically just like home. Each wall has lovely built-in wood cabinetry for storage. The head has a large hand sink, Corian countertop, and a large separate shower stall. A 200-gallon water tank and 185-gallon holding tank serve your on-board water needs. In all, Alumination sleeps three comfortably and keeping everyone comfy and warm is easily done with the Hurricane diesel furnace/hydronic system heating.
On Deck: | |
Come aboard Alumination from the dock through her starboard side door. She has a full cockpit canvass enclosure that easily opens to allow for use of the door. You are immediately met with a beautiful and large covered deck. There is also a transom door off the stern, which provides easy access to the swim deck and dinghy. A davit helps you raise the dinghy out of the water for transport. Access the bow through her port and starboard pilothouse doors. Aluminum railing around the bow has netting stretched the entire distance, so if you have younger kids or dogs traveling with you, there is an extra safety measure to ease your mind. The v-berth cabin roof makes a nice spot for sitting, whether you are sightseeing or fishing off this roomy area. The roof area over the main cabin is accessed by a ladder and has railing around it. This is an excellent area to get a bird-s eye view of your surroundings. It also makes an excellent location to store bulky gear like kayaks and crab pots. The davit helps you easily lift and lower those items to and from the roof.
