SALE TO BE COMPLETED BETWEEN VESSEL BUYER AND SELLER) Most recreational boaters are familiar with the trawler-yacht benefits of low fuel consumption, deep hulls for safety and sea keeping and lots of room below deck for comfortable accommodations. The growing trend in this style of vessel has spilled over into the world of catamaran design because cats offer superior ride comfort in a seaway, 40% more usable deck space, and are much more easily driven with the same or better fuel economy at faster speeds than similar sized mono hull trawlers. These faster speeds give us boaters more flexibility in the daily distances we can travel, (cruising speeds up to 18 knots) and more safety allowing you to run for cover when the weather turns quickly. These craft also have many other uses. They make great work platforms for hydrographic survey, dive boats, and as commercial fishing vessels where stability at rest is needed to work on deck in sloppy seas. Nomad was designed for a cruising couple to bring along their family or another couple with two staterooms forward with ensuite heads. She is constructed of heavy gauge marine aluminum plating, and very economical with fuel consumption up to 1.5 miles per-gallon at displacement speeds. She is truly a unique, thoughtfully equipped long range cruiser with very low hours and first class outfitting.

This area is also great for stowage and has high railing all around. There is plenty of standing room all around this beauty. ON DECK
This gal has a huge cockpit with all the basic features you expect to see on an Alaska sportfisher. When she is trailered, you have a flip-down access ladder on the swim deck that makes boarding her a cinch. Her self-bailing deck has non-skid coating for your upright stability. Some of her best features include a 37-gallon fishbox with a cutting board lid in the transom. There is another large fishbox concealed in the deck floor. Storage shelves run the length of the gunwales. Rocket launchers are mounted along the aft sides of the cabin and along the roofline. The Ace Line electric pot puller with Scotty rail mount hauls in those heavy crab pots for you. Her washdown system cleans up a crazy fishing day mess in a jiffy. New in 2023 is the addition of her snazzy full aft deck bimini with zip-in plastic side window panels which roll up nicely for all-season deck use.

ON DECK

These boats have a good reputation as strong seaworthy boats with offset engines and all the sail controls brought back to the helm, now a common feature among newer sailboats. This beamy cat was built using strip-planking, which involves attaching strips of red cedar onto formers and then covering the entire boat shell with fiberglass matting and epoxy resin overlay. She has a fantastic wide walk-around design with removable canvass panels in her covered cockpit which opens her outside helm and crew seating. Coming aboard is easy from any docking position by stepping on her port or starboard stern steps.
